Online Banking Availability

Update: This issue is resolved.

Due to a recent system upgrade, you might experience technical difficulties when you attempt to log in to Online Banking. Members who subscribe to third-party financial management tools or digital payment services may be more heavily affected. (These tools include Mint, Yodlee, Cashedge, and Intuit products such as Quicken.) If your account is locked, consider taking these steps:

  1. Temporarily disconnect your UFCU account from the third-party service.
  2. Contact member services at (512) 467-8080  or (800) 252-8311 to reset your password.
  3. Log in to Online Banking to confirm your account is unlocked.

You can still access your account without interruption with Mobile Banking.
